We are currently in the process of having DreamTree Homes build our custom home and could not be more pleased with our experience thus far. Our home is now completely framed (ahead of schedule) and it has been very reassuring to see the scrutiny and attention given by our builder in making sure we have a beautiful well- built home that exceeds our expectations.
We selected DreamTree Homes as our builder based on two homes they built in the City of Woodcreek. While under construction, we frequently walked thru the homes and observed the superior quality of construction. In addition, we were impressed by the design and great curb appeal…it was very apparent to us that the builder had an artistic and creative sense. Months after the homes became occupied, we contacted the owners and inquired as to their satisfaction with their homes. Both were extremely pleased and highly recommended DreamTree Homes.
In the months since we first met with Scott Hooper and Hank Randall, the owners of DreamTree Homes, we have come to appreciate their integrity, flexibility and desire and willingness to listen in an effort to best create our ideas and vision. In addition, we are very grateful that they give considerable attention to maintaining organized and detailed records, staying on schedule and following thru with the sub-contractors and suppliers on a daily basis.
We put a tremendous amount of time and energy into selecting our home builder and feel confident our efforts were well worth it. We are extremely pleased with DreamTree Homes and recommend them to anyone considering building a custom home.
